Treatment Additions
Acupuncture treatment may also include for example, electro-acupuncture, Tuina, Guasha, Cupping Therapy – these are all part of the treatment fee and do not incur extra cost.
Herbal Medicine
£85 for initial consultation (which is generally up to 1 hour), follow-up appointments online are free.
Cost of herbal prescriptions are in addition to the initial treatment fee.
Herb prices can and do vary according to a number of factors connected with the growth and seasonality of the plants, along with their production and manufacture. We are always able to give you an accurate cost of your prescription before we order it. Please just ask.
Our herbal medicine is 100% plant based (no animals, minerals or shells are used under any circumstances). We work with two dispensaries in the UK, Herbprime in Manchester and Avicenna in Brighton. Both these dispensaries are designated approved suppliers of Chinese Herbal Medicine in the UK by the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Cancellation Policy
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are really tricky for us to manage and can stop other people from accessing our services. Therefore, cancellations on the day of treatment will incur 100% of the treatment fee if we cannot fill the slot with another patient. Although we try as hard as possible to fill the appointment with someone else, the reality is that the later the cancellation, the more likely it is that we will be unable to fill it, and this is especially so for cancellations made on the same day as the appointment. No-shows will incur 100% of the treatment fee and we will not be able to book further appointments until this fee is paid.
We help you to remember your appointment by always sending out text message and email reminders 24hrs before the appointment. Please make sure you give us your correct email and mobile to ensure messages get delivered.

The clinic is a purpose build haven of serenity and calm and has been thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort, privacy and relaxation in truly beautiful surroundings.
We have four lovely treatment rooms, which are fully air conditioned for your comfort, and feature medical grade, 5-stage HEPA air filtration & purification units to ensure the air you breath while here is clean and fresh.
The rooms have fully electric thermal treatment couches, and gentle relaxing music.
